Work Schedule : 3-5 days a week. Monday - Thursday hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM & Fri 8-12 : 30. No holidays or call.
Our Practice
We are a small private practice that offers top notch care to women. We have Primary care, OBGYN, Midwives.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Primary Care to perform the full scope of Primary Care.
- Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our primary care patients.
- Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD / Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.
- Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients.
- Complete inbasket tasks
Requirements
Education :
Must have : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience :
Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum
If Nurse Practitioner : Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as an NP in Family, Adult, or Primary Care.
If Physician Assistant : Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification
Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have : Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
