Senior Service Manager

For over 20 years, Cornerstone Mechanical, Inc. has grown to become a leader in commercial HVAC projects in middle Tennessee, providing superior service without compromising quality. About the opportunity : As we continue to grow our business, we are currently looking for an accomplished and motivated Senior Service Manager to establish and manage a successful commercial service department. We have a unique opportunity to develop and improve our Commercial Service division, and need the right partner to build on our success. As the Senior Service Manager, you will be working closely with technicians as well as management teams to build a service department that focuses on quality, respect, and ingenuity.

Ideal candidate will :

  • Have significant Business to Business sales solutions experience, preferably in a HVAC service department
  • Have ability to create, manage, and train new processes in the service department
  • Have the ability to build relationships with decision makers to drive sales
  • Have "make it happen mentality"
  • Have the ability to mentor, coach, inspire and lead their team to attain set goals
  • Have advanced computer skills including general financial understanding
  • Have professional communication skills to listen to clients and articulate solutions
  • Have experience in lead generation
  • Have strong interpersonal skills in management, customer service, and sales
  • Be an organized professional who has the ability to hold themselves and their team accountable
  • Be able to take initiative, multitask, and meet deadlines
