The successful candidate will be tasked to assist with the P2P (procure to pay) process design, implementation, and training of the necessary QAD-ERP processes.
The candidate will collaborate with the Sourcing Director on the P2P process design which will allow for controlled spending and processing of all purchases.
In addition, the individual will build critical relationships with function leads to support their operational needs in QAD-ERP while meeting the goals of the broader supply chain organization.

QAD Supplier Pricing Records - Creation / Maintenance
AP Workflow Analysis, Review, and Routing
Compliance with Corporate Training and Safety Programs
