Job description7-10 years of paid industry experience Drywall repair skills and tiling experience preferred. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical is a big plus. Strong ‘multi-skill’ background desired. Must have / own ‘day-to-day’ tools of the trade. Perform repairs in homes and commercial properties. Complete small to medium maintenance / repairs and mid-size home improvement projects Deliver a consistently pleasurable experience. Communicate with customers about the scope of work, and cost estimates, and manage expectations. Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work.
