Job description
A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager focused on Developer Ecosystem Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and scale high-impact initiatives in partnership with education networks, hackathon platforms, and regional partners
Coordinate with ecosystem partners to co-launch developer-facing programs and support partner-driven events
Track performance and feedback for all partner programs, ensuring insights are streamlined to internal teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in program management, developer ecosystem operations, or partnerships
Proven success in driving developer-facing programs with ecosystem partners
Strong ability to operationalize community growth strategies
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for developer ecosystems and community-building
