University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We are responsible for business enterprises on campus including dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 9 / 30 / 2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary : $7,083.33 to $7,666.66 per month

Typical Activities
The CyAI Manager oversees all Center staff and operations, ensuring compliance with grant and university requirements. This position manages program initiatives, supervises personnel, and serves as the primary liaison with national partners and sponsors.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and train CyAI staff; assign tasks and evaluate performance.
Oversee all reporting requirements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sponsor and university regulations.
Serve as liaison with the CAE-C Program Office, national CAE Centers, and Communities of Practice.
Coordinate and support workshops, meetings, and special events (online and in-person).
Maintain and update CyAI and CAE Community records and files (manual and electronic).
Assist in preparing briefs, evaluations, specifications, and plans.
Must be able to travel via air, nationally and internationally when required to accomplish duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Five years of higher education administrative experience.
U.S. Citizenship (required by funding agencies).
