As a Front-of-House worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Key objectives include maintaining a clean and organized cashier area, accurately taking and preparing orders, and providing friendly and efficient service, including alcohol service and training.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and assist with menu selectionsTake and accurately process customer ordersPrepare and serve food items in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areaHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional mannerOperate the Point of Sale system and handle transactionsAssist with opening and closing procedures as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesWork as part of a team to ensure efficient operationsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications :
Strong customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysIdeal candidate is 21+ for purpose of serving alcohol, however all applicants will be consideredMust be willing to submit a background checkBenefits / Perks :
