Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines and client satisfaction
Develop client proposals, including resource planning and pricing
Manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)
10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
5+ years in consulting, preferably with Big 4 experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required)
PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience (required)
