Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Supervising and training staff to provide high-quality service and maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
