Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct job analyses to create a thorough understanding of all tasks and activities a job involves.
  • Analyze the company’s remuneration structures and policies and implementing improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys to determine market trends.
  • Prepare and present reports of job and compensation analysis.
  • Evaluate and implement job analysis tools, techniques and materials.

Requirements :

  • Experience in 5+ Years of Experience as a Compensation Analyst / Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel), Workday
  • Soft Skills Patient, Resilient, Strong Communicator, Able to handle many different personalities.
  • Education Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
