Compensation Analyst
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct job analyses to create a thorough understanding of all tasks and activities a job involves.
- Analyze the company’s remuneration structures and policies and implementing improvements.
- Collect and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys to determine market trends.
- Prepare and present reports of job and compensation analysis.
- Evaluate and implement job analysis tools, techniques and materials.
Requirements :
- Experience in 5+ Years of Experience as a Compensation Analyst / Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel), Workday
- Soft Skills Patient, Resilient, Strong Communicator, Able to handle many different personalities.
- Education Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
