A company is looking for a Part-Time Transfer Counselor, Student Support & Advising.

Key Responsibilities

Advise students on academic pathways and transfer goals

Provide individual and group advising on transfer planning and applications

Engage in proactive communication and outreach to support student retention

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field

Minimum of five years of experience in academic advising or transfer counseling

Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population

Proficiency with student support technologies and virtual advising platforms

Willingness to work evenings or Saturdays and travel between campuses
