Description :

The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily operations through accurate data entry, report generation, and process improvement. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze daily operational data and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed tasks.
• Provide professional support to internal teams and external customers.
• Assist senior staff with document preparation and data-related tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve data handling processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

PPE

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times while on the production floor

Safety

This position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all require protective personal equipment (PPE). Specifically, eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while in the production floor.

Non-air-conditioned environments; hazardous materials such paints, stains and solvents; machinery, conveyors, spray-booths and drying racks.
