As a Mitigation Field Supervisor, you'll lead with urgency, oversee complex field operations, and ensure that every losslarge or smallis addressed with speed, precision, and compassion. This is more than a job. Its a frontline leadership role in someones moment of crisis.

What Youll Lead and Deliver

• Coordinate Daily Field Operations

Schedule crews, assign job roles, and manage field tech staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and rapid response.

Monitor multiple concurrent mitigation jobs to ensure safety, quality, job scope compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Be a first responder for significant losses, including large commercial and residential jobs. Assess scope, initiate containment, and stabilize the environment.

Track job progress, turnaround times, and material / equipment needs to ensure timely project completion and margin protection.

Train, mentor, and manage technicians. Provide feedback, reinforce best practices, and ensure accountability.

Serve as the main point of contact on-site. Build trust with clients, relay updates, and ensure customer needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

Verify that job notes, moisture readings, photos, and signatures are accurately entered into systems (e.g., DASH, MICA) and align with insurer and company standards.

What Were Looking For

35+ years of restoration field experience with at least 2 years supervising multiple team members and jobs.

WRT and AMRT required; additional certifications (e.g., ASD, FSRT) are a plus.

You know how to prioritize, schedule, and execute under pressure.

Comfortable leading complex or high-stakes mitigation jobs with confidence and competence.

You bring calm, confidence, and professionalism to every client interaction.

Comfortable with project management software (DASH, MICA) and moisture mapping tools.

Valid drivers license and ability to share in our on-call rotation.
