We are currently hiring 2–3 dedicated and compassionate nurses (LPN or RN) to join the care team for a 47-year-old male patient living with quadriplegia. For this role you must be physically capable of safe patient transfers and / or experienced with Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids to ensure a safe and supportive care environment for both patient and nurse. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, meaningful care in a supportive home environment.

Location :  North Fort Myers, FL

Schedule :  Daily care,  Sunday–Saturday | 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM

Pay Rate :

• LPN : $35 / hour
• RN : $40 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed

Monitor and document patient condition and progress

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other healthcare team members

Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up

Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency standards and state regulations

Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition and notify the appropriate personnel

Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years

Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment , including any relevant specialty areas

Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)

Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)

Negative TB Test Result

Ability to work independently in a home care environment

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
