Responsibilities :

Personal Care and Hygiene

Medication Reminders

Meal preparation

Assisting with mobility and transfers

Light housekeeping and laundry assistance

Other duties as detailed in the care plan

Shifts on minimum one weekend per month are required

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a CNA, or home health aide

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility.

Ability to read, speak and communicate in English

Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Must Have CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
