Position Overview : Client is seeking a highly structured and business-savvy Design Director to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the VP of Design, this pivotal role will oversee all Ready-To-Wear apparel functions translating creative visions into actionable plans with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Translate the Vice President’s concepts into actionable design plans and oversee their execution from start to finish.
• Lead and manage the Ready-To-Wear apparel teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Delegate assignments effectively to optimize team productivity and workflow.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of design projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot challenges within the design process proactively to keep projects on track.
• Support creative leadership with organizational structure and business strategy integration.
