As part of the Ventura OS team, you will shape a personally tailored and streamlined consumer TV experience, engineered to deliver user preferences and facilitate effortless engagement with content.

What Youll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience for our Ventura OS Platform. You will work closely with industry-savvy colleagues to enhance and create the core product experience, ensuring customers have a seamless and intuitive journey toward their TV goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Champion a user-centered design approach, understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of users.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts and interactions, aligned with industry best practices.
• Own the design process for complex features, including concept design, product definition, interaction, and visual design.
• Translate abstract user research insights and business requirements into structured, scalable design solutions that integrate with the design system.
• Transform broad concepts into valuable user experiences blending functionality with ease of use.
• Apply systematic design principles to solve complex UX challenges, ensuring consistency and reusability across features and platforms.
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and maintenance of core UI components, patterns, and design guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with engineers to provide implementation guidance, ensuring features meet the design vision and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and ensure a cohesive experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on design system capabilities and best practices.
• Contribute to planning and vision on key company initiatives by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Support usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep designs innovative and competitive.

CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC residents : the salary range is The Trade Desks reasonable estimate and may differ based on experience, location, etc. The base salary range for this role is $124,900$228,900 USD. The company also offers stock-based compensation, benefits, and other compensation. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plan with 401k match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, vacation and holidays, and stock purchase options. Interns are not eligible for certain incentives and benefits.
