Test Control Technician

The Test Control Technician will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, testing and repair support to the Production team. This is a full-time position based at the Company's Grain Valley, MO facility. The Test Control Technician reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Test equipment as it is manufactured.
• Hook up hoses and water supply to equipment.
• Report product deficiencies to Operations Manager.
• Read and interpret P&ID and electrical schematics.
• Perform quality assurance and work with Production team to meet critical shipping schedules.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures, test control systems, and execute repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair fluid handling systems.
• Document problems and issues together with diagnostics procedures and problem resolution.
• Maintain a clean and efficient shop and production area.
• Abide by all Company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure proper behavior and safety.
• Remain up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is non-exempt. Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level. The base hourly wage for this position is $26.00 to $28.50 an hour. Benefits package and incentives are provided.
