Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company database
- Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow company data entry procedures and protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
