ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Create and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.

Work with Chief Marketing Officer and division managers to facilitate and develop short term and long-term marketing, advertising and public relations strategies that will promote all services and products favorably for the bank.

Maintain collateral, brochures and other marketing materials for customers and ensures availability for bank staff and customers.

Review and oversee advertising copy and description across media including print and digital.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Keep a pulse on the market's competitive landscape, make recommendations for campaigns and products with innovative and creative solutions.

Coordinate the bank's community relations to enhance the brand image and promote community engagement.

Coordinate the bank's publicity, serve to grow the brand with media outlets, including writing press releases.

Maintain knowledge of marketing trends and skills, including promoting services and products, keeping abreast of the issues, trends, and developments of the financial industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • A minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience with a thorough knowledge of brand, marketing, advertising, and communication principles in a multi-media environment.
  • Bachelors in marketing, or related degree, strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism and ability to communicate both electronically and in person.
  • Possess a professional and collaborative demeanor.
  • Ability to work with executive management, sales team, and direct peers and communicate the appropriate level of detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage prioritization appropriately.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and a willingness and understanding to change direction as the market changes.
  • Ability to deliver difficult or negative news in a delicate and respectful manner with a strong understanding of grammar.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and organizational skills.
  • Must be creative and be able to propose “outside of the box” revenue-generating marketing ideas with a strong record of successful implementations.
  • Must have prior marketing and digital media experience, with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Adobe Suite required.
  • An understanding of design software such as Adobe InDesign and CRM use and optimization.
  • Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks, or assisting at on-site events, may be required.
