Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $230,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience advising on securities matters for both private and public companies.
• Strong transactional background; M&A experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent academic credentials and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
