Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Job Title : CNC 5-Axis Programmer (NX Siemens / Mastercam)

Location : San Francisco, CA

Pay : $180,000 – $200,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule : Full-time, on-site

About the Role

We're hiring a skilled 5-Axis CNC Programmer to support high-precision aerospace machining in San Francisco. This role is ideal for a strong NX Siemens programmer , but we're also open to experienced Mastercam 5-axis programmers who are willing and motivated to learn Siemens NX

You'll be programming complex aerospace components, working closely with machining and engineering teams, and supporting tight-tolerance, high-quality production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Program, set up, and support 5-axis CNC machining operations
• Develop and optimize toolpaths using Siemens NX (or Mastercam with training into NX)
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components
• Troubleshoot programs and machining processes on the floor
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality
