The Manager is a banker who acts as a trusted advisor to clients, managing and developing a portfolio of relationships with a specialty focus on the Law Firm segment. This role assists the Senior Managing Director and Managing Directors in managing the team's sales and service efforts to ensure the retention and deepening of existing relationships and growth of new relationships. The Manager contributes to the team's deposit growth and profitability with an extensive focus on deposit growth, including escrow / trust accounts, operating deposit accounts, business development, and client cross-sell activities for the relationship team, by maintaining high-quality loans through the support of underwriting and cash management functions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop / maintain an extensive book of Law Firms, network of attorneys, attend conferences, prospect opportunities and referral sources, to generate deposit growth.
• Develop and deliver effective proposals for presentation to existing and potential clients via in-person meetings and / or Microsoft Teams call.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Experience, Skills & Education :

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
