Monday-Friday, 1st shift - 5 : 00am-1 : 30pm
Overtime available post-shift or weekends after training is complete

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor the Electrical Assembler performs a wide variety of electrical production wire harnesses and wire harness installs of a semi-skilled nature to build up and assemble a varying level of complex units.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations to achieve requirements per provided electrical drawings, shop orders, or process specifications
- Works with electrical components and wiring of various assemblies to build wiring harnesses perform ATP.
- Utilizes with aviation electrical tools : crimp tool, DMM, wire stripper, etc.
- Utilizes small hand tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers to perform some mechanical assembly
- Able to use precision measurement tools such as but not limited to scales, calipers (digital and dial) and micrometers.
- Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required.
- Reads and comprehends shop orders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus
- Experience with and ability to interpret engineering drawings with a focus on electrical assembly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs periodically
- Good fine motor skills and ability to manipulate small components
- Aerospace experience preferred
- Experience with BAC process specs for electrical assemblies and installation
- Experience with the D6-54446 SWPM (standard wire practices manual)
- Experience with or certification in IPC / WHMA-A-620 Wire harness and assembly Benefits provided :
