We’re looking for an exceptional project manager to add to our growing team. The role requires the experience and ability to effectively manage and focus the people and resources needed to achieve our clients’ digital marketing goals.
You’ll work as part of a dedicated four-person digital marketing team on a shared book of up to 10 client accounts. Alongside a Digital Marketing Strategist, Campaign Manager and Data Analyst, you’ll shape, implement and measure campaigns for clients primarily in higher education and healthcare.
The role requires strong analytical and people skills along with the ability to understand, track and manage the financial aspects of an engagement, including earnings, spend and profitability.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients
- Serve as the principal day-to-day contact with clients
- Facilitate and empower the work of a digital marketing team
- Plan projects, allocate resources and ensure timely delivery
- Track budgets and regularly update project financials
- Assist in ensuring quality assurance of deliverables
- Lead client and team meetings
- Identify and mitigate any potential project or client relationship risks
- Pursue and earn client contract renewals
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce additional services for clients
- Leverage project management tools including Basecamp, Jira, Mavenlink and Google Workspace
Experience/Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a marketing project manager in an agency setting
- Bachelor's Degree required. A degree in business, marketing, communications or other related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of the resources and tasks required to deliver and produce digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making ability.
- Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including the ability to present in front of a group.
- Superior time management and organizational skills with experience working on multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and flexibility to adapt to demands as needed.
- Motivated with the ability to self-manage and interest to expand knowledge.
- Bonus points for experience with scrum project management.
