On-Call Field Technician - Part Time

RCC is looking for technicians in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas to assist with desktop / network install / decommission and Break / Fix tickets.  This work will be conducted mostly during normal business hours, but may involve nights and weekends.

We are building up a talent pool of techs that we can contact for tech support work.  Work hours vary.

These tickets include the following :

• Desktop / Laptop / VDI / Monitor and peripheral installs
• Vendor Escorts
• Cable Infrastructure Patching
• Rack & Stack of network devices
• Decommission of network / server devices
• Cisco phone installations- Troubleshoot Cisco switches, power supplies, line cords, etc.
