Employment requirements :

Should have a minimum of 3 years trade experience

Good driving record required

Service tech : Ability to service and maintain residential Hvac equipment

Installers : Ability to install residential Hvac equipment

Good customer communication skills

Neat in appearance and Ethical in demeanor

Drug free

Heating Specialties is a 35 year old company serving Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic, Cumberland, and Salem counties. The company is primarily a residential Hvac service and replacement . We offer an excellant starting salary and very generouse incentive program. We offer incentives for replacement systems, IAQ, service agreements and repair calls. Our Health insurance packages are very comprehensive( not a basic health coverage plan). Our staff is drug free and background checked, insuring your work environment to be professional, safe and secure. To keep our techs up to date we offer ongoing training and continuing education that is company paid (including your full salary and expenses during training classes). If you have been in this trade for some time you will find our way of doing business a breath of fresh air.
