Facility Coordinator
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations. 3rd shift position Sunday through Thursday 11pm-7am $20 per hour Why work for Clean Harbors? Education : High school diploma or equivalent required Experience : 03 years of relevant experience Skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based applications Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Primarily sedentary (sitting 7 hours / day), occasional walking and reaching Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.; rarely up to 50 lbs. Constant computer use Visual and color acuity required for document handling and safety compliance Hearing capability for phone and virtual communication
Work Environment
This position operates in a facility environment involving exposure to regulated waste materials. Adherence to OSHA standards and Clean Harbors safety protocols is essential.
