Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking an attorney focusing on real estate to join the firm's growing business law practice group in either our Madison or Milwaukee office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in the sale, purchase, and development of commercial properties and projects; financing transactions; title and survey review; construction and land use; negotiation of commercial leases; corporate planning and structure; environmental considerations; and formation and representation of limited liability companies. The optimal candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating agreements and have a strong knowledge of today's real estate market, attention to detail, with experience in significant, complicated transactions.
