We are seeking a sharp, tech savvy, service oriented “Support Services Specialist” to work onsite in our Silicon Valley site at eTrigue. www.etrigue.com The qualified candidate will have demonstrated past excellence in customer service, is comfortable in a teaching and training role, and will have experience with, or be capable to grasp very quickly, lead generation, email concepts, tracking, light html, search engine marketing and SEO, and can create, coordinate, and execute ongoing lead generation and online programs.
This is a great opportunity for a recent College Graduate, or person with some work experience in a fast-paced environment.
You work as part of a team, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success. eTrigue is a private, profitable company, and has been serving customers worldwide including start-ups ramping first revenue to Fortune 500 companies.
