Key Responsibilities
Build a systems and process-based sales strategy and roadmap to achieve company goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on sales productivity and technology adoption
Continuously scout, identify, and evaluate new AI tools for sales and customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
10+ years in GTM strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement with technology adoption experience
Strong understanding of sales and customer onboarding processes and KPIs
Proven experience managing and developing teams
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including customizations and integrations
Experience running tool evaluations, pilots, and building business cases for new technology
