Job descriptionReplenish merchandise on the sales floor promptly and neatly. Maintain organized displays and assist with visual merchandising updates. Support sales associates by locating products and restocking popular items. Help customers when sales associates are unavailable, providing basic product information or assistance. Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare parcels for shipment, ensuring items are packaged securely and labeled correctly. Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and report any issues (e.g., stockouts, order errors). Support returns and exchanges processing for online orders, as needed. Communicate regularly with sales, management, and eCommerce teams. Respond flexibly to changing priorities and support where needed. Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Prior retail, stock, or eCommerce experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems preferred. Physically able to lift / move boxes up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities :
Stockroom Operations :
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments efficiently.
- Tag, label, and prepare merchandise for the shop floor.
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
- Process all transfers in and out.
