Job descriptionQualified DM meeting held : $150 Signed pilot / agreement : $500 Activation bonus : $1,000 when 10 agent orders happen within 60 days Override : 10% of gross profit on that brokerages agent orders for 90 days from first order SPIFFs : weekly prizes for top solo-agent first orders Proven offer to brokerages + scripts, training, CRM, and assets Warm intros and lead lists; you can bring your own pipeline too Fast pay, transparent leaderboard, clear rules Youve booked / closed via cold outbound, ISA, door-to-door, or B2B SDR Comfortable with daily dials / DMs and a tight follow-up cadence Part-time availability (evenings / weekends okay), US-based, 1099 Clear, near-term payouts on milestones you control + short override. Your Role
- Prospect and book decision-maker meetings with real estate brokerages / teams.
- Run the first meeting, secure pilot / signature, drive first 10 agent orders in 60 days.
- Hand off to our account manager after first appointment.
Comp (paid on cash collected)
