- Assist clients with open enrollment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient plan administration.
- Provide clear and strategic communication to improve employee engagement with benefit offerings.
- Perform accurate alphanumeric and numeric data entry to maintain client records.
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage correspondence, data tracking, and reporting.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative procedures and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to develop expertise in the health insurance and benefits administration sector.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information.
- Proficiency in alphanumeric and numeric data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
