• Director of Human Resources
• to lead and enhance our people operations. Reporting to the Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee all facets of HR administrationincluding recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The HR Director will play a key role in shaping a positive organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and partnering with NALCABs PEO provider to ensure competitive compensation and benefits that support our mission-driven team.

• To thrive, you should have :
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience leading HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.
• Solid expertise in HRIS, ATS, PEO systems, and comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven ability to manage strategic planning, budgeting, and benefits administration with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills; bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus; up to 15% travel required.
• Your key responsibilities as the Director of HR will include :
• Align HR strategies with NALCABs strategic goals by advising leadership on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Oversee HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, investigations, and collaboration with the organizations PEO provider.
• Lead and support HR staff in managing performance reviews, training initiatives, and organizational culture programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and partner with legal counsel as needed to mitigate organizational risk.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics to inform workforce planning and maintain engagement with on-site and remote staff.
