The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Finance Department. The incumbent carry outs the weekly accounting and paperwork tasks related to a high volume, full cycle accounts payable function working within the organization's established policies and in compliance with Oklahoma State Statutes. High school graduate or equivalent bookkeeping experience is required. Minimum of 2 years experience processing a high volume of full cycle accounts payable. Must be able to pass clerical tests, data entry of at least 5500 keystrokes and demonstrate ability to work proficiently in Word & Microsoft Excel. Starting salary range : $20.9631 - $22.1966 / hr.
