Job Details

Jobot is partnering with a growing company in the Cherry Creek area to staff a Research Analyst position. The Research Analyst will be responsible for the following :

  • Research and analyze complex business situations, financial statements and structures, relevant industries, markets, companies and people; compile and extract into relevant business and / or investment opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations with insights of M & A, business development, and investment opportunities to strategically meet growth objectives
  • Perform analytical / strategic-thinking and ingenuity to help design and execute qualitative and quantitative research for studying business issues & projects : market research, scenario planning, forecasting, business plan development, competitive intelligence, profitability, etc.
  • Conduct qualitative and / or quantitative analyses / modeling using inputs such as internal data, research studies, stakeholder perspectives, and external reports and benchmarks; construct financial models and spreadsheet analysis for underwriting and due diligence activities
  • Run standard and / or customized data reports; create decision support tools such as utilization models-primarily descriptive in nature; profiles and assessments of market trends; profiles and assessments of new markets; profiles and assessments of competitors and complementors to inform business decisions
  • Apply a broad knowledge of business concepts and analytical principles to develop analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze complex strategy issues

    • If you have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business (or similar), 2-4 years of analytics experience with a preference being with equity research, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions, outstanding strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills that's eager to continue to learn and grow than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
