The Sustainable Operations Manager will join JLL to support a key client account with the development, implementation and management of energy and sustainability programs in pursuit of the client's strategic sustainability strategy.

What this job involves :

• Working closely with FM and Lab Teams to achieve success with energy initiatives aligned with the scope of work
• Engaging in robust, proactive communication with stakeholders on a Global Account that will drive innovation and leverage opportunities
• Identifying, developing, and implementing energy projects that will have a direct impact on clients goals
• Engaging in decision-making with key Client stakeholders, including leveraging data tracking and monitoring to provide actionable recommendations
• Providing expert input for prospected energy projects
• Providing business case with supporting data

Estimated compensation for this position : 90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
