Base pay of $40,000 with commission and bonus opportunities may make up to $70,000.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make up to $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

Create relationships from a cold start.
