Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst spends most of their day processing request for statements of work from Project Managers. They will work with vendors to secure quotes for services and build out statements of work. They are accountable for making sure all the vendors are processed through the Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, and Information Security workflows. They are accountable for creating fully compliant requests for services in the tracking system. The Analyst works with Project Managers and other Operations Analysts and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to facilitate contract review and approvals.
