Clear paths for upward mobility to help you grow your career. Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Perform routine maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan. Provide expert recommendations for repairs, replacements, and upgrades to homeowners. Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used during service calls. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Stay updated with advancements in HVAC technology through company-provided training. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician. Strong expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems. EPA certification (Universal preferred). Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. A team player with the ability to mentor and lead by example.

Pay Range : $27 / hr to $36 / hr depending on experience
