Your New Role :

As an HVAC Technician at ALLRED, you will :

• Diagnose, Service, and Repair : Tackle challenges head-on by troubleshooting and fixing issues with residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Lead and Train : Command the front lines in recruiting, training, and supervising new technicians, boosting their prowess and forging a top-tier team.
• Manage On-Site and Remote Support : Provide stellar leadership both in the field and remotely, guiding your team through complex issues with finesse.
• Ensure Safety and Satisfaction : Maintain our gold-standard safety policies and ensure every customer interaction is so positive it’s memorable.
• Operational Excellence : Be part of the exciting launch of our new Everett office! For the first 30 days, you'll visit our Auburn office daily for smooth onboarding and integration.

After that, you'll be at the forefront of operations in Everett, with only one visit to Auburn per month. Get ready to make daily stops at our brand-new Everett location and be a key player in its success!

• You are an HVAC wizard, proficient in the mystical arts of wiring diagrams and system troubleshooting.
• You are a natural-born leader with communication skills sharp as a tack and problem-solving skills to match.
• You hold an EPA certification, an active 068 license, with a Seattle refrigeration license as a cherry on top.
• You have a valid driver's license, a clean slate driving record, and the green light to work in the U.S.
