Project Manager

Lead and manage packaging and labeling projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure packaging meets regulatory and branding requirements. Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement of packaging materials. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct final quality checks and ensure packaging meets specifications before release. Maintain project documentation including schedules, cost estimates, and status reports. Facilitate communication across departments and serve as the central point of contact for project updates.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct design reviews and project kickoffs.
• Coordinate virtual factory acceptance tests (FAT's).
• Ensure shipments and payments are timely.

Work Environment :

The position is onsite in Fairfield, NJ, working Monday through Friday. The role involves interfacing with factories in the UK and Germany. It requires collaboration with various departments to ensure project success. This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
