Responsibilities

• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication via email and leading monthly calls.
• Client Calls : Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance reports, address questions, and manage concerns proactively.
• Project Management : Oversee and coordinate account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Process Adherence : Utilize Asana to follow internal workflows for client relationship management, onboarding, retention, and growth strategies.
