Job descriptionTranscribe Adverse Event referrals using Microsoft Word and Excel for State reporting Set up and triage Adverse Event cases in QCare and group mailbox Assist with medical records requests and clinical reviews as needed Prepare case reviews and summaries for discussion with the Chief Medical Officer Submit inquiries to delegates including case management agencies and transportation vendors

- Monday - Friday
- 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Position Summary :
We are seeking a Clinical Quality Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support administrative and clinical review functions within our healthcare team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced professional who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with medical documentation and Microsoft Office tools.

Active LPN or RN license
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN or RN reviewing medical records Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
