We are looking for a Senior Animation ExDev Artist to champion our animation efforts with our ExDev partners. Marathon is all about action and reward. In this role you will work with Art Leadership, Production and External Developers to give players more characterful moments, more delightful assets to chase, and to help push our quality bar to new heights. From handling large quantities of content, to advising a team of dedicated artists on content creation, we want you to be a part of our team to create new worlds together! Responsibilities

• Maintains alignment with Commerce Art Lead and Discipline Art Lead(s)
• Responsible for all discipline craft direction and feedback to external developers, ensuring all animation content meets the established quality bar
• Regularly identifies and escalates risks, communicates status to Commerce Art Lead / Producers / Project Leads
• Works with production to define costing and schedules for all animation external development
• Creates visibility through documentation of best practices, pipelines and tools
• Strive to optimize an effective character animation pipeline while identifying workflow improvements
• Creates high quality animation content when required
• Integrates assets when needed
• Working with production to evolve outsourcing infrastructure
• Coordinates with mocap team to direct performance shoots

Pay and Benefits

Bellevue Pay Range

$112,000 — $138,000 USD

Location and Remote Policy

Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations. Prospective full-time employees located outside of an approved state will need to establish residency within an approved state within 45 days of their start date. Contractors will follow a digital first approach adhering to location guidelines.
