Assistant Director Of Admissions / Catholic High School Liaison
The Assistant Director of Admissions / Catholic High School Liaison develops and implements recruitment strategies to boost enrollment from Catholic high schools, fosters relationships with school leaders and stakeholders, and guides prospective students and families through admissions.
Duties and tasks include :
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for Catholic high schools.
Establish partnerships with high school counselors, administrators, and diocesan leadership to inform students about Saint Leo University.
Represent Saint Leo University at various events including high school visits, college fairs, diocesan events, and other recruitment activities.
Offer admissions counseling to prospective students and their families, facilitating an efficient application process.
Conduct individual and group information sessions, both in-person and online, to provide details on academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, and the university's Catholic Benedictine values.
Collaborate with the Office of Campus Ministry and Catholic-affiliated organizations to increase faith-based engagement opportunities for prospective students.
Act as the main contact between the university and Catholic dioceses to support recruitment and retention efforts.
Plan and coordinate events for Catholic high school students, which may occasionally include middle school participants.
Consult with enrollment marketing and communications teams to create materials and messaging for Catholic school audiences.
Increase enrollment of students from Catholic high schools by developing targeted strategies, ensuring that established recruitment metrics are met or exceeded.
Track recruitment activities, application trends, and enrollment outcomes from Catholic high schools to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
