Assistant Regional Director For Youth Soccer Company Needed
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach out of more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

The position reports to the Regional Director. It is the Assistant Regional Director's responsibility to assist in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. The Assistant Regional Director will be asked to aid in the following functions :
- Coaching and Staff Leadership :
- Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days
- Assisting in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.
- Assisting in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings
- Marketing and Communications :
- Performing seasonal marketing / promotions for Park and School Programs
- Communicating with parents, directors, and other account representatives
- Administration :
- Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season
- Maintaining instructor equipment and prize inventory
- Sales / Growth :
- Meeting seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account / location.
- Documenting summary and follow-up notes, and completing sales day action items in a timely fashion.
