About the Role :

The Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Goodyear, AZ, plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy in inventory management. This position is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. The supervisor will monitor performance metrics, manage shift schedules, and address any operational challenges that arise during the shift. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with other departments such as logistics, quality control, and inventory management to support seamless supply chain operations. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently.
