Key Responsibilities

Drive project delivery by owning project plans and coordinating schedules and success metrics

Partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution and ensure alignment across project elements

Manage relationships by serving as a key customer-facing contact and leading project meetings

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in SaaS, B2B technology, or consulting

Proven success in leading enterprise-scale projects with multiple workstreams

Strong understanding of real estate, title, escrow, lender, or underwriting operations

Excellent organizational and planning skills for coordinating complex projects

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to anticipate issues and keep projects moving forward
